Doesnt work as advertised & no refunds

Didnt work on my Samsung SmartTV.

I was unable to get this service to work on my Samsung TV. (I made multiple attempts to resolve the issue, customer service made multiple promises to help & never followed through.)

Then they blame Apple iTunes for not being able to give refunds.

Poor & unprofessional, dont pay for this service b/c the YouTube app on your smartphone should serve the same benefit as this low end, bait & switch karaoke app!
